A. We try to keep our ticket pricing at an affordable price for everyone so when the 3D surcharge is added the cost is still well below our competitors.

Q. Why am I paying extra for 3D?
A. All 3D systems require specialised equipment plus the films cost more to produce, as a result the increased ticket price.

Q. Can I use Dolby 3D or home 3D glasses?
A. No, Dolby 3D uses a different system to create the 3D effect and home 3D glasses require a signal from their TV to function.

Q. I wear glasses, will this make it difficult to wear the 3D glasses?
A. No, the 3D glasses should sit comfortably over your normal glasses.

Q. Does my child get glasses ?
A. We are able to supply smaller glasses for smaller faces. Children under 2 are admitted free but we do not supply glasses

Q. I am colour blind, can I still see a 3D movie?
A. It will depend on your degree of colour blindness but it is likely you will have trouble. Try watching the 2D version instead.

Q. I only have vision in one eye, can I still see a 3D movie?
A. Unfortunately not, the 3D effect works by delivering a slightly different perspective to each eye. The movie will look the same as the 2D version as long as you wear 3D glasses.
